SHIPPING:

Once you have placed your order it will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from purchase. Orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping rates are based on the dimensions and weight of the fully packaged object. We currently only ship within the United States. 

We do our best to recycle packing materials to minimize our impact on the environment. On occasion for fragile items we use bubble wrap/foam to ensure your items arrive to you safely.

 *** PLEASE NOTE *** - We highly recommend you protect your purchase with insurance through Route. The Route Protection option will be selected by default when you checkout. If you do not want to protect your purchase, you have the option to opt out at checkout. In the event your package is missing, damaged, or stolen, please contact Route Protection or the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If you choose not to use Route Protection, The Aura Era is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. We will not be offering any returns, refunds or compensation. *** If your purchase was made prior to the implementation of our partnership with Route Protection any missing, damaged, or stolen packages need to be reported to UPS directly for resolution. Contact info for reporting can be found at ups.com under support. 

FOR LARGER ITEMS/FURNISHINGS/LARGE ART - These type of items cannot be shipped via regular postal methods. They are delivered by third party over the road carriers/movers which require a separate cost/invoice to be paid prior to delivery. The total cost is determined based on size, weight, dimensions, fragility of the item, and the distance to the final delivery location. If you have questions about these costs and would like to receive a quote please email your zip code and the desired item description to theauraera@gmail.com to receive a quote prior to purchasing. 

LOCAL PICK UP:

Items can also be picked up locally at our warehouse in St. Petersburg, FL. If you choose local pick-up for your purchase we will contact you to arrange the pick-up. Orders must be picked up within 14 days. If an order is not picked up in 14 days, we will place the item(s) back into inventory and no refunds will be offered. 

RETURNS:
